What we store
Location points, trip events, delivery confirmations and the documents you add. We store what the platform needs to work, and nothing collected for its own sake.
Retention and access scope
Live and recent trip data stays available for day-to-day operations, and historical data is retained to train ETA forecasts on your lanes. You can request removal of data tied to your account.
Encryption
Data is encrypted in transit between devices, the app and our servers, and encrypted at rest in storage, so location and trip records are protected both on the move and at rest.
Role-based access
People see what their role needs, and no more. A driver never sees the whole fleet, and a dispatcher never touches billing they should not.
