This policy explains what ITDRIVENN Private Limited collects when you use ITDRIVENN, why we collect it, and the control you keep over it.
Scope
This policy applies to the ITDRIVENN fleet management service, the driver and dispatcher applications, and the itdrivenn.com website. It covers the fleets, operators and logistics companies who use ITDRIVENN and the people whose vehicles and trips are managed through it.
Data we collect
We collect the data needed to run fleet operations on your behalf:
- Account details such as name, work email, company and role.
- Vehicle and driver records, including documents you choose to upload.
- Trip data such as routes, stops, checkpost events and delivery confirmations.
- Vehicle location reported by the GPS or SIM-based device on each vehicle.
- Usage information about how the service is accessed, to keep it secure and reliable.
How we use it
We use this data to provide the service you signed up for: tracking vehicles, raising alerts, suggesting reroutes, forecasting arrival times, generating invoices from delivery confirmations, and producing analytics across your fleet. Historical trip data on your lanes is used to train ETA forecasts for your own account.
Vehicle location data
Location data is central to the service and is treated with particular care. It is used to show live position, detect stoppages, evaluate rerouting, and reconstruct a trip for billing and dispute resolution. Live ETA links you choose to share expose only an arrival window and progress, not your full account or historical routes.
Sharing
We do not sell your data, and we do not share your trip or location data for advertising. Data is shared only with the infrastructure and communication providers needed to deliver the service, and only to the extent required to operate it. Where you share a live ETA link with a consignee, you control who receives that link.
Retention
Live and recent trip data is kept available for day-to-day operations. Historical trip data is retained to support analytics and lane-specific ETA forecasting for your account. When data is no longer needed for these purposes, or when you request its removal, it is deleted or anonymised.
Security
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and access within your organisation is governed by role, so owners, dispatchers and drivers each see only what their role requires. Our security practices are described on the security page.
Your choices
You can access and correct your account data, request a copy of the data tied to your account, and request deletion of that data. Because ITDRIVENN is operated on behalf of the fleet or company that holds the account, requests from individual drivers are handled together with the account holder.
