Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of ITDRIVENN, provided by ITDRIVENN Private Limited. By using the service, you agree to them.
The agreement
These terms form an agreement between ITDRIVENN Private Limited and the fleet, operator or logistics company that holds the account. If you use ITDRIVENN on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to accept these terms for it.
The service
ITDRIVENN provides fleet management capabilities including live tracking and alerts, smart rerouting, predictive ETA, digital billing and proof of delivery, driver and vehicle management, and analytics. Rerouting suggestions and ETA forecasts are decision support: the driver and operator remain responsible for how a vehicle is actually driven and routed.
Accounts and roles
You are responsible for the accounts created under your organisation and for keeping credentials secure. Access is governed by role, and it is your responsibility to assign owner, dispatcher and driver roles appropriately within your team.
Free trial
A free trial lets you evaluate the service on a limited set of vehicles without a card. Trial workspaces may have limits on vehicles and features, and we may adjust the terms of the trial. Continuing beyond the trial requires an active plan.
Billing
Paid plans are charged per vehicle on the plan you select, as described on the pricing page. Enterprise arrangements are set out in a separate order. You can add or remove vehicles as your fleet changes, and charges follow the vehicles active on your account.
Acceptable use
You agree to use ITDRIVENN only for managing vehicles and trips you are entitled to manage, and not to misuse the service, interfere with its operation, or attempt to access data belonging to other accounts. Location tracking must be used in line with your obligations to the drivers and vehicles concerned.
Your data
The fleet, vehicle and trip data in your account belongs to you. We process it to provide the service as described in our privacy policy. You can request export or deletion of your account data.
Availability
We work to keep ITDRIVENN reliable, but the service depends on factors outside our control, including vehicle devices, mobile networks and third-party data. The service is provided as is, and specific availability commitments for larger fleets are agreed in Enterprise arrangements.
Liability
ITDRIVENN supports operational decisions but does not replace the judgement of drivers and operators. To the extent permitted by law, ITDRIVENN Private Limited is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for outcomes arising from reliance on suggestions, forecasts or third-party data.
